Where Do We Ship ?

We ship ground service anywhere, see below for details.

Express Shipping (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)

Shipping and handling prices for Express Shipping are based on the destination, and the weight and size of each item.  For exact pricing, please add the items to your cart, then slect Checkout.  During the checkout process you will be presented with an option to "Get a Quote" for all shipping options.
 


Shipping to Canada
Shipments to Canada do not include any customs fees, duties, brokerage fees, taxes, etc .  All international shipments only ship complete.  If your item contains an out-of-stock item, your order will be held until the backorder item arrives, then shipped complete.  All shipments to Canada are sent via Postal Service to obtain the lowest possible fees for our customers, therefore delivery times may vary from region to region. If a shipment is returned due to a refusal to pay the above fees when the package is presented, the customer will be responsible for restocking charges incurred including all customs and shipping fees to return the shipment, which will be deducted from any refund to the customer. International Shipping
 
All international shipments only ship complete. If your item contains an out-of-stock item, your order will be held until the backorder item arrives, then shipped complete. Shipments to countries outside the US (other than Canada) will have their delivery options evaluated on an order-by-order basis. A customer service representative will e-mail each customer the delivery methods and shipping rates available for their country. Once the customer has confirmed their choice of delivery method, the order will be shipped. Shipping estimates will not include any customs fees, duties, brokerage fees, taxes, etc. If a shipment is returned due to a refusal to pay the above fees when the package is presented, the customer will be responsible for restocking charges incurred, including all customs and shipping fees to return the shipment, which will be deducted from any refund to the customer. Delivery Time

When you place an order we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear on each product. In stock merchandise typically is delivered to homes in 7-10 business days. Delivery times for shipments outside the continental US will vary.
We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available.
Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It is entirely possible for an item that has not shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.
We calculate delivery estimates by taking our estimated shipping dates and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address.

Where Is My Order?
Are you wondering where your order is? Find out where you order is now in your "My Account." Please remember, we estimate shipment and delivery dates based upon the availability of the items you ordered and the shipping options you selected. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the relevant order summary in your "My Account."

What "In Transit" Means
 
When you track the progress of your order via "My Account," you might see the term "In transit to UPS" in the order summary. This tells you that we are in the process of delivering your order to the UPS local center. This is often the most efficient way for us to get your order to you. Once UPS receives your order, they will deliver it to you, providing whatever further details they can along the way. You can always see all available shipment details by visiting the order summary in "My Account." Please note: Your UPS tracking number will not work until we have delivered the order to your local UPS center.

Returns 

Merchandise may be returned for any reason with-in 365 days and we will credit your original purchase price less shipping. If the item arrived damaged or defective, we will also credit you your original shipping amount and the return shipping charges incurred. Returned merchandise should be sent in unopened or original condition, securely wrapped and postage pre-paid via US Postal Service. Shipping credits are calculated based on US Postal Service rates only and only those amounts will be credited to your original method of payment. Customer may choose to use alternative carriers at their own additional expense.
